Refunds for Digital Goods
Refunds are not provided for digital goods unless it is seen that you DID NOT access the electronic product via the activity log for products housed at https://products.abcbehaviortx.com/ AND request the refund within 7 days of purchase. Digital items that are delivered via email are NOT available for refunds as they can not be "returned".
Refunds for Physical Products
Refunds may be provided for physical items if the request is made BEFORE the item is printed (typically 3-5 days from the purchase date). Refunds for products that have already been printed and/or shipped may be processed however the return shipping will be at the expense of the customer and the refund will not be issued until the item is received by ABC Behavior Training.
All physical items are printed at the time they are ordered which requires a processing time of 5-10 business days from the order date. Ground shipping times include an additional 10-15 business days and Expedited shipping times include an additional 5-8 business days. These times are APPROXIMATIONS and may be affected by weather, pandemic, natural disasters, and other unforeseen factors.
Example shipment times:
Order placed August 1st
Order shipped by August 15th
Order arrives by September 5th (ground shipping)
Any delays beyond this should be communicated using the contact form on this page and ameliorations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
